About Pediatric Oncology
Paediatric oncology treats cancer in children, who often respond very well to chemotherapy. Treatment is intensive and family-centred, with supportive care, nutrition and education.
Warning signs include unexplained fever, pallor, bruising, persistent bone pain or lumps, and a white glow in the pupil in photographs.
