Cancelling a Booking
You can cancel an upcoming appointment or lab test from your dashboard. Cancellation ahead of the scheduled time gives the provider more room to accommodate other patients, and generally makes you eligible for a full refund of any amount paid online.
Refunds for Online Payments
- If you cancel a confirmed booking before it takes place, any amount paid online is refunded to your original payment method.
- Refunds are initiated promptly after cancellation and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Platform fees, where charged, are refunded along with the booking amount unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Pay-at-Clinic / Pay-at-Lab Bookings
If you chose to pay directly at the clinic or lab, no online refund is applicable since no online payment was collected — simply cancel the booking from your dashboard, or inform the provider directly.
Missed Appointments
If you do not show up for a confirmed appointment without cancelling in advance, the booking may be marked as a no-show, and any amount already paid online may not be refundable, at the provider's discretion.
Provider-Initiated Cancellations
If a doctor, hospital, or lab cancels or is unable to honour your booking, you will be notified and any amount paid online will be fully refunded.
