Single dose of Tdap at 27-36 weeks of each pregnancy (optimal: 27-32 weeks for maximum antibody transfer). Even if received Tdap previously or in prior pregnancy, repeat Tdap with each pregnancy. Dose: 0.5 ml IM in deltoid.
