Cortisol (Morning) Test

Cortisol testing is ordered for:

• Unexplained fatigue combined with weight changes
• Suspected adrenal gland disorders
• Symptoms suggesting Cushing's syndrome, such as rapid weight gain and skin changes
• Symptoms suggesting Addison's disease, such as fatigue, weight loss, and low blood pressure
• Investigating unexplained low blood pressure or salt cravings
