🩺When to See a Doctor

• 1Seek urgent medical attention if a child under 3 months has any fever
• 2if the fever exceeds 104°F (40°C)
• 3or if it is accompanied by a rash
• 4difficulty breathing
• 5repeated vomiting
• 6lethargy
• 7a stiff neck
• 8or a seizure. A routine paediatric visit is appropriate for fever lasting more than 3 days or if the child seems persistently unwell even as the temperature comes down.
