• 1Pre-operative assessment — blood work, ECG, imaging, and fitness for general/local anesthesia
• 2Administration of general/local anesthesia by the anaesthesia team
• 3Surgical access — incisions or ports created based on open or minimally invasive approach
• 4Core procedure: Surgical correction of a deviated nasal septum to improve airflow through the nose, relieve chronic nasal obstruction, breathing difficulties, and recurrent sinus infections.
• 5Haemostasis, drain placement if needed, and systematic closure of surgical layers
• 6Transfer to recovery room for anaesthesia reversal and vital-sign monitoring
