• 4Core procedure: Surgical removal of a tissue sample for laboratory analysis to diagnose diseases including cancer
• 5Haemostasis, drain placement if needed, and systematic closure of surgical layers
• 6Transfer to recovery room for anaesthesia reversal and vital-sign monitoring
