About Weight Management
Weight management combines a realistic eating plan, activity and behaviour change for gradual, sustainable loss, usually around 0.5 to 1 kg a week. Even a 5 to 10 per cent loss improves sugar, blood pressure and liver health.
Avoid crash diets, fad products and promises of rapid results. Medical assessment may be needed for thyroid problems, PCOS or medicines that cause weight gain.
