Account & Verification
Access to booking features requires verifying your phone number via OTP. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for any activity carried out from your account.
Bookings & Payments
- Booking details (date, time, fees) are set by the doctor/hospital/lab and shown to you before you confirm.
- Coupons and discounts, where offered, are subject to the terms shown at checkout.
- Payments can be made online or, where available, directly at the clinic/lab — your chosen mode is confirmed at booking.
- Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal and health information when booking.
- Attend your appointment on time, or cancel/reschedule in advance if you cannot.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Lab Dekho facilitates bookings but is not responsible for the medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by the doctor, hospital, or lab you book with. Any concerns about the quality of care should be raised directly with the provider, and you may also contact our support team for assistance.
