What is Acne Vulgaris?

Acne Vulgaris is a common chronic skin condition that occurs when hair follicles become clogged with oil and dead skin cells, leading to the formation of pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads, most commonly on the face, chest, and back. It is closely tied to hormonal changes, which is why it most frequently begins during puberty and adolescence, though it can persist or begin in adulthood.
