No. Sweat reflects heat regulation, humidity, clothing, and individual physiology, not calories burned. A hot yoga class and a cold-weather run can burn similar energy with vastly different sweat.

Sweat rate depends on genetics, acclimatisation, hydration, humidity and clothing. Fitter people often sweat earlier and more, not less.
