Routine "full-body" panels aren't recommended for healthy adults; they often produce false positives and unnecessary follow-up. Targeted, age-appropriate screening is better. A doctor visit every 1–3 years in your 20s–30s and annually after 50 is a reasonable default.
Over-testing has real costs — incidental findings on scans lead to follow-up tests, biopsies, anxiety and expense for things that would never have caused harm.
If you do use a package, the genuinely useful components are blood pressure, fasting glucose or HbA1c, lipid profile, haemoglobin, creatinine, TSH and age-appropriate cancer screening. Discuss the rest with a doctor before doing it.
