🔬How Colposcopy is Performed

• 1Pre-operative assessment — blood work, ECG, imaging, and fitness for none anesthesia
• 2Administration of none anesthesia by the anaesthesia team
• 3Surgical access — incisions or ports created based on open or minimally invasive approach
• 4Core procedure: Close examination of the cervix, vagina, and vulva for signs of disease using a colposcope
• 5Haemostasis, drain placement if needed, and systematic closure of surgical layers
• 6Transfer to recovery room for anaesthesia reversal and vital-sign monitoring
