• 1Pre-operative assessment — blood work, ECG, imaging, and fitness for spinal/general anesthesia

• 4Core procedure: Transurethral Resection of the Prostate removes excess prostate tissue through the urethra using a resectoscope to relieve urinary obstruction caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
• 5Haemostasis, drain placement if needed, and systematic closure of surgical layers
